Mine is sweet and nutty. It gets boozy and more liquid when it's hungry or too warm. It prefers the air in Kentucky than to here in Nashville, sponging at a much quicker rate, and smelling even sweeter.

This is my signature loaf with a medium, creamy crumb, and thin, cornflakey crust.
