Skins from organic pears from the farmers market, today 9-22-2023, in a tightly sealed jar in the oven to ferment the water. I will strain this, later, and use this fermented water to make a sourdough starter with whole grain einkorn flour from Grand Teton Ancient Grains, which should not have the tangy flavor of sourdough. I learned of this process from Food Lady - Dominique Debroux on Youtube.
