Louiser is a 5 year old sourdough. rich in wild yeast from Israel. it's unique location in the middle east makes her special. the environment is also unique i believe. since Israel is small but possessing an environment influenced by the dessert, mountains, forests, lakes, rivers, sea from the west and another from the south and another from the east.

i take 100g of starter mix in 50g of water then mix in 50g of flour

i believe that you shouldn't feed more than 1:3. I usually feed her 1 part starter 1 part water 1 part flour.
