- 70g Flour
- 50g Water
- 70g Strater

- 50g Water

First I add 70g of starter in a glass jar.

I add 50 g of water (room temperature)

After mixing starter and water I add 70g of white flour

My buby is a white flour starter. I usually use same weight of starter and flour.
