Add 10 g of flour, 10 g of water to 10 g starter. Let sit 8 hours. Add 30g each of flour and water to 30 g starter, let sit 8 hours. Add 90 g each of flour and water to 90 g starter. Recently I've been feeding with freshly milled wheat and rye.
