  • Cup 0.25 spring water

Fed every day if at room temperature. Once every 3-4 days in the refrigerator.

Working method

Very active with a somewhat sweet, tangy smell. This starter began with a bit from Berkshire Bakery and has been going for 2 years. Fed with King Arthur's all-purpose flour.
