Working method

organic whole stoneground rye 2 tablespoons pineapple juice 2 Tablespoons stir vigorously rest at room temp

discard 1/2 every 12 hours and replenish with 1 tablespoon flour and 1 Tablespoon juice for a few days

then switch juice to water when starter has pleasant smell
