Characteristics

Lucy is just a plain BF starter. When fed she gets nice and happy. She usually doubles and is ready to be used for baking in less than 3 hours.

Starting ingredients

  • 50g Bread flour

Feeding ingredients

I feed each morning. Discard and leave 50 grams of Lucy. Then feed 50g of bread flour and 50g of tap water.

Working method

Starter is local water and bread flour. Lucy has been alive for one year.
