Always love sourdough, but didn't think it was possible to make at home until a friend shared a very helpful website that got him started.

특징

Bruno smells like fermented flour with a hint of sweet. He doesn't like cold, he likes to have a towel wrappers around him in a cooler with a heat up bean bag.

Discard extra starter, leave only 40g. Mix in flour mix + water. Mix vigorously until all bits of dry flour are incorporated. halloween
