Grab it out of the fridge, give it a spurt of warm water from the tap. Stir it well, add flour until it looks right.

Result

Bread, pizza dough, sweet rolls and occasional pancakes

Bread with either 1c. ww flour or 3/4c. cornmeal and either marinated olives or dried tart cherries are my go to recipe
