  • 60g Sugar

Add flour directly into starter, stir and add water as need to adjust thickness.

Strong apple flavor, and fermentation. Notes of strawberry, and banana( though none are in the starter).

Result

Biscuits

Crumbly, yet hold together. Nice chewy texture, warm fermented smell with a hint of apple.
